   Our team will study your requirements to determine your needs, if they have any question they will contact you immediatly.
   
   If we believe that our services & skill will be helpfull for your project, we will qoute you ASAP.
   
   Once the agreement is done on all project details (Price, Deadline & others) we will send you the conract to sign, Then a 50% of the price is required to schedule the beginning time of the Website Design Phase.
   
   

2. Website Design

   During this phase you will have a direct contact with your project designer to provide him with the required design information that you are looking for, and provide him with your logo, photos, required links and other data & material which he & you think it will be helpfull in the design process like (colors, guid sites ...etc).
   
   Once you achieve the final design, we will proceed in the website development phase.
   
   

3. Website Development

   Upon our contact, our developers will start working on:
   • Website Static Pages.
   • Website Dynamic Pages.
   • Navigation items.
   • Site Content.
   • Response & Contact forms.
   • Any other special functionaliy mention in the contract.
   
   
   

4. Website Project Testing

   Once the development phase is done,we will start testing all over the project, including all provided functionalities, spelling, forms, links & any other special functionalities.
   
   

5. Website launch

   This phase includes:

   • Website Hosting & Domain name

     Upon our contract, if Website Hosting & Domain name was available in the contract, then they will be already available to use, otherwise you should provide us with your Website Hosting & Domain information so we can upload the site.
     
     

   • Final Payment

     Once you provide us with the final payment, we will launch your website immediatly, and start another testing phase on the live server, to be sure that all functionalities are working fine.
     
     

6. Adjustments & Changes

   Once your website launched, you still have a 1 month of minor changes at no charge, any major change will require more fees.
   
   

7. Website Special functionalities

   • Content Management System (CMS): A system which will allow you to change your website text, images & any other requisted items easily & fast.
   • Flash Intros, Effects & Animations
   • Website Content Search
   • RSS Feed
   • News/Article Posting
   • Community forum
   • Guest book
   • Photo Gallery
   • Other custom functionalities and addons.
   
   
   The price of those functionalities will vary, please include the functionality you need in the qoute to be discussed & added to the total price.
